Type 2 (Ka-Mi) Amphibious Tank

Again I share my fascination with the smaller subjects, and this little KaMi is no exception. This is the initial boxing of this kit from 2011. This one had additional appeal for me because of the history around the Australian Troops capturing a number of them in the Solomon Islands in September of 1945. The vehicle was designed for a specific campaign and hence wouldn;t have been subject to too much weathering, so I purposely took a reasonably light handed approach to the finish on this model.
